it’s the most….

it’s the most….

mistletoe… wonderful time of the year!

Yep! You guessed it the Andy Williams version, It’s the most wonderful time of the year, is one of my many favorite holiday songs. Not sure of the words? I have provided the lyrics at the bottom of this post!

So you can imagine how totally stoked I was when Stampin’ Up! came out with the stamp…

I have posted here before the photo of my take on this card with the dynamic textured embossing folder which makes the background look like cable knit sweater.

Fall Forward 3

Not 100% sure if this will be my Christmas card… but I suspect that this stamp will make an appearance & will remain in my collection long after it is retired!

Now as promised… enjoy the memory… betcha when you read the lyrics your find your self singing along 🙂

It’s the most wonderful time of the year
originally sung by Andy Williams

It’s the most wonderful time of the year
With the kids jingle belling
And everyone telling you be of good cheer
It’s the most wonderful time of the year

It’s the hap-happiest season of all
With those holiday greetings and gay happy meetings
When friends come to call
It’s the hap-happiest season of all

There’ll be parties for hosting
Marshmallows for toasting
And caroling out in the snow
There’ll be scary ghost stories
And tales of the glories of the
Christmases long, long ago

It’s the most wonderful time of the year
There’ll be much mistltoeing
And hearts will be glowing
When love ones are near
It’s the most wonderful time of the year

There’ll be parties for hosting
Marshmallows for toasting
And caroling out in the snow
There’ll be scary ghost stories
And tales of the glories of the
Christmases long, long ago

It’s the most wonderful time of the year
There’ll be much mistltoeing
And hearts will be glowing
When love ones are near
It’s the most wonderful time
Yes the most wonderful time
Oh the most wonderful time
Of the year
