…as Stampin’ Up! independent demonstrator I met many AMAZING people and furthered my love of all things paper. However, I discovered that as a sales person… I stink! So I kept my affiliation by funding my own habit – tee hee hee! But with a wedding fast approaching (now an awesome memory) I knew that I could no longer meet my quarterly minimums and thus my official affiliation ended. I still love Stampin’ Up! products and will continue to support my fellow demonstrators with my orders.

During my time as an Independent Demonstrator with Stampin’ Up! I discovered volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House Charities. I support the Home in Macon (they might have cards for years to come thanks to the help of other wonderful demos), I will be continuing my affiliation with RMHC through creating/crafting with the children at both the Ashford-Dunwoody and the Gatewood Houses each month. If you want to know more about joining the fun, let me know!

About 3 years ago I purchased a Silhouette Cameo to handle the fussy cutting of my stamping (something else I don’t do well –  fussy cutting that is). I attended “All Things Silhouette” created by Terry Johnson Creates (TJC) in June of 2017. During the event I learned so much – really it was like drinking from a fire hydrant! As part of the event were given many new mediums to work with & a little machine called a Mint. What I soon realized is that I can do so much more than fussy cut with the Cameo and the Mint was yet another opportunity to create. So I decided to take a leap and try to make a few things and give them to loved ones. Well from there one thing led to another (by that I mean I purchased a Curio) and I discovered that the possibilities are endless.

Now, why am I telling you all this? As part of the journey, I have been seeking an opportunity that will allow me to create, continue to learn, to help others do likewise, and above all an opportunity that will still allow me be available for my mother and Tom’s dad – as the needs arise. Also, since the June 2017 ATS by TJC, I have continued to YouTube, follow/stalk on Facebook & create along the way. In December of 2017, TJC announced an opportunity that I felt drawn to attend – Terry Johnson Creates Licensed Instructor course/weekend and I am proud to announce that I have just returned from that fantastic weekend in Woodbridge, VA with Terry Johnson Creates and her fantastic group of “lovely assistants” and I am now officially a:

So if you have any of the Silhouette machines at home that are currently serving as paperweights, maybe still in the box, or perhaps you just would like to learn more about the amazing possibilities of your machine. Reach out to me, I will be holding classes, one-on-one instruction & perhaps even day or weekend retreats.

Stay tuned for the upcoming event schedule or contact me directly to schedule a class or a series of lesson(s).
